"I was really impressed with this hotel. It's a beautiful oasis in Poplar. I was blessed to be given an unexpected upgrade and got a room with a sky view - stunning. The room is very modern and well equipped - fridge, water, coffee etc. A good shower, basically everything. I only stayed the night to be close to City airport and it was so convenient as only a short walk from the DLR. Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to try out any of the amenities on offer but I have no doubt I'll be...

"The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable but the staff made promises they couldn’t keep and really put a dampener on the stay. Hotel was arranged as part of a marriage proposal and the hotel was called with a specific request for the room to accompany this. Staff agreed that this would be catered to and not a single aspect of it was. It was very disappointing especially after the hotel had already double charged us on arrival for a prepaid booking"
