"We had wonderful stay, The room was clean & WiFi excellent signal. The swimming pool was great for granddaughters 9 & 7. There was Netflix available for our granddaughters to view the favorite shows. The only downside was the lack of furniture, e.g. loveseat sofa & easy chairs to sit and viewed the Cartagena skyline from our stunning view from our 11th floor room. There was one chair for the 4 occupants in our room."

"Everything was clean and working properly. The room, appliances and electronics worked great only complaint would be is or not hot water but that can be a simple fix hopefully but I’m use to bathing in cold water so it didn’t bother me. I’ll definitely be back 😉"
