"The noise from the footsteps above was quite audible, which made for a less peaceful stay. There were no water bottles provided. While the hotel advertised itself as being downtown, I found it to be a bit farther than expected, requiring me to take an Uber to reach downtown or other locations. I would suggest considering other accommodation options for a more convenient experience."

"Terrible toilet did not flush took three days for a plunger. I needed my fire arm because random people kept knocking on my door and bed bugs!!!?"

"Internet access provided by hotel is bad. Traveling for a business trip I had to spend at least half an hour contacting the help center to connect in my laptop. Also, the toilet dispenser is too close to the toilet bowl. You have to actually sit diagonal in order to be able to use the toilet."

"The staff were incredibly nice. I arrived much earlier than expected for work and stopped by to drop my bag off. The staff member was kind enough to check if my room was ready even though I didn't ask. My only issue was with the AC in the room. Its rattled so much when it turned on."
