"The staff were really friendly and helpful We always had a chat - not sure if that’s because we were the only Brits in Algiers and so might have been novelty value - but nevertheless they were brilliant. The location is excellent - right by the metro station However - be aware it is opposite a beautiful mosque - and so you will get the early call to prayers - and it is loud. "Très belle découverte. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et tout semble encore flambant neuf, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le point fort pour moi reste le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable et aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement le bienvenu et ça fait toute la différence. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. "I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering."
