"Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There was a bit of mould in the room behind the towel rail (room A). Air conditioning could be upgraded but fine for outside heatwaves."

"Was a good property for what we needed to do but at times was difficult to find a hotel representative aside from whatapping the off site gentleman I was in contact with about questions. Breakfast did the job, bed was comfy, room was clean and the staff we can across was friendly. There was a problem with the door lock at one point to where we couldn’t get into the door to the common area before our room. The building is structurally older so we weren’t sure if it was a heat related blown fuse but was quickly rectified. Thankfully whoever was working on the panel heard our knocks and was able to get us in. A little frustrating after walking Pompeii all morning in the hot and sun soaked in sweat. Only AC we came across with a “powerful” mode though which was great!"

"This was such a convenient, wonderful stay in Naples! It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport, and it's a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient given we were taking a train to Sorrento later that evening. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide array of options and we were able to eat it outside on the top floor on the terrace with a panoramic view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius, which was a great way to start our trip!"

"Wow! Just wow!!! This is a stunningly beautiful and historically significant palazzo in the heart of Centro Storico. The staff was just amazing from start to finish. We enjoyed daily complimentary breakfast in a magnificent ballroom and they also helped to arrange taxis to the train station. The location is very convenient to the Dante metro station and walkable to shopping and much more! The spacious room was gorgeous with a comfortable king bed, a sitting area with a massive Murano chandelier and a free mini bar! While Naples can be chaotic and boisterous, we had no problems sleeping with the balcony doors closed. I highly recommend this palazzo and it was quite affordable compared to the other palazzos we stayed at in other cities in Italy."

"In the heart of historic Naples, in a narrow alleyway close to stall after stall of foods, trinkets, shopping...nice staff, large room...only issue was it was 100 degrees outside and AC was not working but they did fix it, took a couple of hours."
