"Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!"

"Excellent traditional ryokan with two rooms and a master chef who prepares a delicious sushi meal in front of you. Also really nice breakfast and a terrace with a view of the mountains. Highly recommended!!"

"The hotel is so close to the ferry terminal, so that is super convenient. As well as easy walking to the shrines & temples, shopping street and many cafes and shops. The onsen set up is fabulous!! You cannot see the floating Torii from the hotel, but it has views of the water, ferry terminal, and the mainland beyond. Laundry facility was always available when we needed it."

"Great service from the staff and room (432) was the nicest i have stayed in over 21 years visiting Japan. This is a traditional style Japanese Hotel so no shoes but well worth the stay. Highly recommended and a must over ight stay if visiting Miyajima !"

"Fantastic location, yes it’s a bit out of town but even has its own wharf with ferry to Miyajima! Dinner Buffet was delicious and an amazing view. All staff were excellent."
