"Staff was exceptional… Not only did they assist me with the cancellation of a mistaken double reservation at their property but I left my iPad in the room and got a call from them in a couple hours hours after I left town. Returning to the hotel would have meant missing my flight. They boxed it up and sent it to my home. Again, exceptional If you're going to Mount Rushmore, this is a great place to stay in Custer (which in my opinion is much better than staying in Keystone)"
