"Staff was great on check in and check out. Breakfast was great. The room was just ok. It had a rigged up a/c unit in the main room that was hard to get cold air from the main into the bedroom. We were in room 201. I can't imagine the rest of the rooms were like that. Perhaps because we booked on Expedia? Who knows. "We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. Our room was spacious and it was nice that we were able to choose a space that had a separate couch area. The continental breakfast was one of the nicest complimentary breakfasts we've had at a hotel. Finally, the staff was very helpful at check-in and when I had a question regarding the air conditioning."

"They thought I would like the as it was close to door but room was next to breakfast and TV located there. Problem was guests had to talk lordly as the new TV was just installed and both worked me very early. Talked to management and recommended they use this room as last resort. They also muted tv and my second night and morning stay was far better but still believe they should only use this room as last availability."

"Overall it was a good stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool quite a bit. The beds were a little hard and the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. Hard to get a good clean feeling with not much water. The conditioner provided was also not good."
