"Everything was fabulous beginning to end "

"The hotel is very old and has had an upgrade. The views of the lake are beautiful. The hotel is outside of Watkins Glen on the highway. Sadly our television did not work when we arrived and could not be fixed. We were given the option of changing rooms and then found out the room had not been serviced. We were in a suite with a kitchen but no implements, glassware, crockery etc at all in the kitchen and no tissues."

"Beautiful views, unfortunately stayed Monday and Tuesday evenings when their restaurant was closed, as are most in the area."

"This hotel is in a great location but it is very outdated and rundown. Needs TLC. "

"Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Nikki, our housekeeper, was excellent, checking everyday to see if we needed anything"

"Unacceptable breakfast buffet. No hot foods, no yogurt, dry old cereal. Coffee was TERRIBLE- instant coffee from a machine. Pillows were very old as were the sheets, they were very worn and would not stay on a mattress. Toilet was out in middle of floor, seat would not stay on. We had to go and buy our own pillows at Walmart. Owners are frugal and the condition of the hotel reflects it. Very disappointing."

"Breakfast was fresh when I went out at 7 am love the waffle maker staff helped me since it was beeping and I didn’t know unit had to be flipped over "

"Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and plenty of parking."
