"The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive to its care. Fresh towels and sheets every night. Shower pressure is a bit weak and slow to heat but it's fine. Our room's shower was extremely slick even when dry so use of the shower mat is highly advised. Beds were firm--a bit too firm for my liking. The air conditioner was efficient and cold. Every convenience is within a short walking distance from the hotel, with the convention center about ten minutes away and Disneyland the same. The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They certainly helped us feel welcome, and necessary processes and questions were a breeze. Although we didn't use them, there is a small fully automated convenience shop on the hotel grounds as well as a laundry facility for those that need it. Overall if I was to come to this area again on holiday, I would happily choose King's Inn Anaheim again. 👍"
