"This property was not well kept. The overall appearance was not what was reflected on the website. The pool and hot tub were "closed for maintenance" although they looked to be in perfect working order. The lights in our bathroom were out, however they could not be repaired because they did not have bulbs to fit the fixtures. The smell of the rooms was old, musty, and just bad. Not a good experience overall."

"No regular coffee in the room. For the sink, there was shampoo instead of hand wash to wash your hands. Very nice hotel."

"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time. It was a bar got a hand shower you should be able to connect to, but there was no way to connect it and have it stay in place and then it was only 4 ft in the air. Being 6 foot tall, this was not ideal. The real kicker was after checking in I received a text telling me that I could respond if there were any issues so I sent pictures of the issues that I just mentioned, and never got a response."

"Great location to stadiums. Booked a premium room, was given a standard room (which was less expensive per night) with no reimbursement/change of room. Was told by check in staff Expedia sends them reservation booked and only states any room, not the specific room booked. Staff did provide two breakfast vouchers for issue, however would have much preferred the room booked. This concerns me about using Expedia for future bookings, the type of room you book is very important for not only price, but also consumer needs and wants."
