"It was easy to get to, the room was hot when we got there, the thermostat was 10 degree's off, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the electrical outlet didn't work by the sink either, the parking lot was also pretty tight to park in,but the help was excellent specially the maids who tighty up the room while we were gone."

"Unique that it was in a National Park with close to the tours in the park. I entered in my first room and saw bag of garbage on the desk, bed messed up and not made and dirty towels on the sink. Luckily the staff at the desk apologized and moved me to a clean room."

"Great location and beautiful historic hotel with so much interesting memorabilia. Unfortunately, our checkin lady wasn’t very helpful and didn’t tell us there were tours of the hotel to learn the history —would have enjoyed that. Rooms are plenty big for an old hotel and cutely decorated. Fun bar in the Belle. And be prepared for nighttime noise from revelers outside!"

"Excellent room, spacious, well appointed, remarkably clean. Comfortable bead, house keeping helpful, one of the nicer hotels on the Western slope. Funky elevator, reminds me of being in the 1800’s, but it works just fine! Great location to train and local downtown eatery's! Light Breakfast was included. A bit pricy but well worth the extra!"
