"Air conditioner didn't work and was leaking water. No housekeeper can to the room for the entire stay which was four days. They claim the sheets couldn't be cleaned from stains. When they never tried to clean them. Wanted me to pay $130 for the sheets. When I didn't they called the sheriff and put me out. Before my checkout date. Don't Recommend "

"We had a really wonderful experience at the Best Western in Valencia across the freeway from Magic Mountain. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and the air conditioning ran beautifully. The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. Do-It-Yourself waffles, as well as eggs and sausage, lots of other choices such as cereals, muffins and juices, coffee, etc. Something for everybody."

"The room didn’t have a microwave as advertised on Hotels.com. The desk was falling off of the connected furniture that held the TV. ATT cell coverage is horrible. Verizon is better but sporadic. The “free” internet access was difficult to navigate. Following the directions provided, it kept making me join Hilton Honors when I’m already a member. I couldn’t simply add the info provided until the morning I left. The front staff helping me with my issues were less than empathetic. I felt like when I turned the corner and out of their sight that they were probably rolling their eyes at our interaction. I consider myself a lucky traveler, having experiences that are almost always good, but this is amongst the worst I’ve had. I guess eventually it catches up with you. I cancelled my stay that was going to be part of my return travel. Try harder Hampton Inn!"

"Don’t order room service. We ordered a sandwich and ice cream and it took 90 minutes. Not because they were busy. It sat for so long the ice cream was melted and the bread was stale the meat and cheese were dry and stale as well. The manager delivered it and thought it was fine "

"We booked the room as we were coming through town in the middle of the night with our truck and 26’ trailer and this hotel specifically advertised parking for rvs/trailers. Upon arrival there was a letter on the desk saying their parking lot was being worked on and sorry for any inconvenience. My husband had to maneuver our truck and trailer on the street for the night. My four stars is solely for our inconvenience but my experience beyond that was 5 stars. Friendly staff, lean rooms and coffee right at the entrance of the hotel. "

"The staff was so attentive. We arrived late after midnight and they were ready for us. We left glasses and a phone charger in our room and when we called a day later they had it labeled and shipped it back to us."
