The staff was extremely friendly, helpful in making recommendations, arranging transportation, and genuinely cared about our trip. The pool was small but it’s a beach front property. The area is also near alot of activities near the Kata Beach. "

"Kata for sure is a great hotel. Staff were amazing But they became very stingy with extra charges for my daughter even though the huge suite that I reserved was for three people. I didn’t like the way they managed our situation even though I mentioned this is my 30th anniversary and try to make fine for us. This issue really bothered us. "

"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

"Lovely hotel, staff and grounds, pool area very relaxing. Location is great for the beach but uphill all the way back so ideally you need to be abled bodied as lots of steps to rooms but hotel offers a shuttle bus 24/7."

"This is the second time we have stayed at Andaman Cannacia Resort and Spa. It truly does not disappoint. Location, staff, amenities and views cannot be faulted. Perfectly positioned with views up the coastline, it is a truly wonderful place to stay in Kata."

"It was lovely peaceful at night but lots going on in the area. Transport on time everytime to the beach if you did not want to walk. Breakfast good typical asian but fruit and eggs on offer. Staff very lovely and helpful especially Milk and her colleagues. "

"Good location close to bars, restaurants and markets. Ten minute walk to beautiful Kata beach. Staff were lovely. We had an issue with TV cable on arrival which took a few days to rectify. Room was clean but curtains were mouldy. "

"Location is really good, near Kata Noi beach. Hotel is simple, cleaning is ok. In all a bit worn down and with thin walls. It’s ok for sleeping but nothing more. We enjoied the beach for a couple of days and then went on to a resort for the rest of our vacation. Italian Job café around tbe corner is a great place for breakfast."
