"Great location with beautiful sea views. The spa is fantastic, and breakfast offers a good variety of options. The renovated restaurant is also a nice improvement. However, the guest rooms are in need of renovation and updating. Having stayed at this hotel multiple times, I have also noticed several cost-cutting measures that, unfortunately, have affected both the level of service and the overall value of the experience. For example, evening turndown service is no longer offered, and water is now provided with paper cups rather than proper glasses. This hotel has many wonderful qualities and a lot of potential, but I hope management focuses on maintaining the level of service and attention to detail that returning guests have come to expect, rather than allowing cost reductions to diminish the overall experience."

"Your search is over, just book this place and you won’t be sorry. Very clean, comfortable, and 5-10 min uber/taxi to the ferry port. They even have complimentary laundry machines. I’ll definitely stay here again."
