"Beautiful historic building but the wall in my room(536) is thin and could I hear everything the neighbours said. Fortunately mine were fairly quiet but if you had people who engaged in “late night activities” it could be bad. Also the bathroom had a slight sewer smell."

"The hotel was great. Very comfy. Great breakfast. The staff on front desk aren’t the friendliest, we were there for 2 nights and were in and out many times. Not once did anyone at front desk say hello, look up, or even smile. And it’s not they were busy, many times there were no guests at the desk. The room was really comfy. But the temp was warm even though we had the temp setting down, it got warm every night. No big deals, we would come back again and recommend this hotel again! "

"Cold rooms, had to change my room twice yet still cold, noisy air-conditioning, gym is not well equipped and cold. The swimming pool is horrendous. Not enough staff. This will be my last visit to any of this hotel chain."
