"The shower had mold in it, and the bathroom in general was very warn out (no stopper for the sink, missing pieces of wallpaper, poorly repainted tub. etc.). "

"I asked for another blanket. never got one. One of the lamps was broken and two missing light bulbs. Made it hard to see. Definately couldn't read. The toilet seat was ready to come off. Wasn't fixed until the next day. Was hard to use with a very loose seat, was concerned I would slide off and get hurt. The tub had no safety bars, I had to be very carfull using it, espcially with no safety strips in the tub. Was very concerned of having a fall in the slippery tub. I expected to make a cup of tea, but nothing in my room, I was told to go across the street to Tim Hortons. Would be good for travellers using if for a one night stay."

"The temperature of the room was good. We were able to adjust it to our comfort level. The room was super clean, modern and the beds were really comfortable. Excellent value for our money. The buffet breakfast was excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel "

"room was better than expected, did not partake in any of the amenities. Would have like to have had more tea for the Keurig, but I think the machine needs to be cleaned anyway. Bed comfortable, convenient drive up to ground level, especially with early morning departure."
