"I was extremely pleased with the apartment that I stayed in, it was quiet, spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed fo my short stay. As they are set up for self catering, you do not get the option for breakfast however, there is a joining store where you can items to make your own breakfast/lunch/meals!
The staff here were very friendly and helpful, even offering recommendations for places to eat in the city centre.
I’m always slightly nervous of accommodations that take security deposits but if this is to help them maintain the standard, then I can see why they do it. "
"Room was comfy and quiet, centrally located. Car park was Confusing, it's not the one at the bottom of their ramp.
Breakfast, although a bit chaotic, was beautiful "
"The breakfast menu was fresh and replenished throughout. The staff from reception to lifeguard go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! The grounds and building itself is lovely though a little dated which has no impact on your actual stay. We used the pool and the temperature was a tad cool, but jacuzzi and sauna room was fantastic. Having said this the shower temperature in the leisure was piping hot and this area I believe needed some maintenance with painting etc. Overall a brilliant stay and I would highly recommend, you won’t regret it."
"Hotel was clean and conveniently located for an overnight stay after the show that we went to see at bpPulse arena. Free parking was a massive plus.
The staff were all friendly and helpful."
"Had a really lovely time everything was clean .the staff were very friendly. Food in the casino was very good value,
All in all we had a great time
We will be back in February!!"
