"A great choice to visit London - great location. Small room but well distributed space with comfortable bed and modern self-assistance options. I would go back again."

"Even though the room was small it was comfortable for two people. I do with the heat pump /ac unit would have a fan that continues to run as it can get warm without a window. What was disappointing was the lack of extra pillows and blankets. When we asked about extras they said they didn't have any because they are booked solid. Ended up using some extra towels as pillows. Not the most comfortable option, but they did the trick."

"This room was TINY!!!! But over all the as good, clean towels/bedding. But hotel is a little dated."

"The best hotel is London for us, have stayed many times and this time with our family ready to watch the London Marathon. It is perfectly situated on the Thames. The food is top quality and a decent price! Looking forward to our next stay! I would say the only thing missing is an indoor pool."

"Fairly compact but beautifully styles rooms. Efficient check in and out, friendly staff, amazing location in the lovely part of the city and I didn't hear a peep all night from the street outside which is a rarity in London. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in a double room, assuming would still be similar to hotel quality even though A&O took over from Hilton. The check-in process was a nightmare, queues were long and understaffed. The room itself was completely lacking in any facilities: pillows were useless and collapses as soon as you put your head on (so ended up being flat), there were no extra pillows / bedding in cupboard, no phone to call reception to ask for anything, no iron (even though old iron holder from Hilton days), no safe, extremely noisy bathroom fan and all round was pretty cold / lacking in insulation in the bathroom. Would not stay again."
