"The only reason I chose one star is because you need to choose at least one to continue. This hotel is horrible. Rooms smelled like mold, and the beds felt like a trampoline. I used a hand towel to clean this filthy place and the check out lady charged me 6 dollars. Unreal. Do not let the misleading pictures fool you, this hotel is nothing short or a first class dive. 🗑"

"We anticipated arriving to Tijuana 1 hour earlier than the check-in time so we decided to go let the staff know we were there and to let us know when the room would be ready. To our surprise, the lovely staff told us we could go to our room right then. We were extremely excited due the fact that we had just traveled 5 hours on the train. After settling into the room, we decided to check out the pool. It did not disappoint, it was clean and refreshing! We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!"

"The shower head barely dispense water. The pool was not heated, however there is another pool in where you pay $50 per person to enter the heated pool area."
