I arrived late around 1am after a long day of travelling. On checking in, I was told "you're getting a suite, it's an upgrade!" It was spacious. The lights in the bedroom didn't work, but it was the middle of the night and I was tired so I just fumbled through and figured I'd use sunlight in the morning. In the morning I went to take a shower. There was a bath (pictured), but parts of the plumbing are missing. There was a stand-up shower, but after running it for 10 minutes it still stayed ice cold.
I mentioned these peculiarities at check out and was told "oh, that was the last room left for the night. We only rent that room in case of emergencies." In stead of any compensation for having to wash my hair in the sink, I was offered to be given a personal tour to understand the peculiar workarounds of the room as I was checking out. Um... no thanks. It's too late. Fix your room.
