this hotel is located in a very central area and very convenient for my travels; currently it is going through an upgrade, which is great, but not so when they upgrade everything but the bathtub and they have risen their prices significantly despite the fact that they continue with construction work... leaving something to be desired

This time I was shocked to know that because my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight, I still was charged for the night I missed..... interesting. Anyhow, the rest of the stay was good. Hotel still needs to work on facilities conditions and a bit on customer relations.
