I made a reservation at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been cancelled because, according to them, we didn’t confirm it—despite never being contacted or informed that confirmation was required. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had to search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. I ended up visiting over ten hotels before finally finding a room.
To make matters worse, the hotel later charged me as if I had checked in, even though I never stayed there. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place to anyone—it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel.
