Fantastic hotel and staff were super helpful. We got the Tienda Leon bus $14 from EZE and the bus station was a short 5min walk to the hotel. Beautiful, clean and spacious room - thank you!

Great facelift to this older property. Room well appointed. I did have a couple of issues with the room though, the air conditioning wasn't as strong in the room as it should be and the waterproofing in the shower seemed to be not working as water was leaking into the bathroom and entry way after using the shower. If these maintenance issues were fixed, this would be a great place to stay.

Air conditioning did not work, the reception told us there was no problem ! Opened the windows to get fresh air, but as we had a room on the street there was a lot of noise :( Furthermore the restaurant was closed for a private event …As for breakfast it is quite poor, but one positive point you can order expresso.

A lovely hotel in central Buenos Aires. It's within a 10 minute walking distance for sightseeing eg Casa Rosada, Plaza del Mayo, and to the ferry terminal to Montevideo. The room was modern, comfortable and good size. Breakfast consisted of a buffet such as fruits, cereals, smoothies, juices, pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful in particular the young gentlemen in reception. During my trip when out sightseeing, I was robbed. The receptionist assisted me in providing directions to the tourist police, contacting my embassy etc. I'm very grateful for all their assistance.

Location was good. Staff tried to assist where they could with maps for seeing attractions. The restaurant in the hotel had meals that were just average. Room cleaning on a certain day was not done. On asking the staff, I got an answer saying they don’t know what happened but they will get the room cleaned. On asking if I could talk they the Manager, they said she was having her lunch. Anyways they got the room cleaned. Also the bathroom stuff like the brushes etc are not in the bathroom. You have to go and ask the reception if you need these. They will provide it.

Localização ideal, entre o Porto Madero (1,5km) e a 9 de julho/Obelisco (1,3 km), num lugar mais calmo e ao lado de uma estação de metrô. Casa Rosada a 1km também. Prédio com decoração moderna, nova e elegante. Mas atenção: não há acessibilidade na entrada para cadeirantes. Café da manhã ok. Variedade boa de frutas, mas a parte de pães está um pouco a desejar (produtos com sabor muito artificial, de padaria). Poderia melhorar nesse quesito.

Gostamos muito do hotel. A cordialidade da recepção, camareiras. Colocaram uma cama extra para meu filho. Buffet excelente de café da manhã. Sentimos um cheiro forte de esgoto no banheiro. Não sei se era só no nosso quarto. E o quarto é escuro. Poderia ter mais iluminação e alguns ganchos de toalhas e roupas no banheiro.

Pelo preço, poderia ser bem melhor

Hotel muito bem localizado para a região de Puerto Madeiro, com um ótimo atendimento da sua equipe, porém tive problemas com o meu quarto e pode ser algo pontual. O vaso do banheiro tinha um vazamento, a TV não funcionava e o ar condicionado tive que deixar desligado pois fazia um barulho muito alto. Ainda bem que o tempo estava bom e não estava passando calor, ou a experiência teria sido muito pior.
