We loved the central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the wonderful character of the hotel. The internal courtyards give you a feeling of the Moorish character of the city. The hotel is a short walk from the Cathedral, the Real, and many places to eat. The narrow streets are wonderful to explore. The staff can get you a taxi in minutes taking you to the Airport, the Alhambra and anywhere else you need. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends.

The shower was difficult to use without getting water all over the floor- not designed for someone taller than 5’5”. The breakfast was fine except that decaf coffee wasn’t available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they speak English. The break feast is also good and varied. The hotel is in a great area of Granada. The rooms are not that good though, the beds are hard and the rooms feel old some how. My room also had a terrible view, with a wall just outside my window. They do clean the rooms every day though.
