The hotel was in a good location but the decor could do with an update as it feels tired and dark. We asked for another room as our room overlooked a blank wall with weeds growing from terrace. We were offered an upgraded room at a higher rate. The staff were not that helpful and did not greet you particularly warmly. The beds were comfortable and cleanliness was good. Very busy at breakfast in the restaurant and felt claustrophobic at times.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. My room was on the top floor and while it didn’t have a window view, the skylight provided plenty of light and gave me a small glimpse of the skyline. The bathroom was very big and quite functional and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I applaud you on your efforts to put out a good breakfast buffet. And your staff was more than friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. If I ever find myself returning to Gothenburg, yours would be the hotel I would stay at again.

Het hotel heeft een oud en een modern gedeelte. Het oude gedeelte ligt langs de tramlijn en is zeer lawaaierig. Met raam open slapen is niet mogelijk. Onze klassieke twin kamer was zeer klein maar netjes en de bedden comfortabel. Het ontbijt verzorgd.

Läget är jättebra vid centralstationen. Trevligt rum utan att sticka ut, med plus för vattenflaskorna, de väldigt sköna kuddarna och täcket i sängen samt tvål, schampo och lotion i små förpackningar. Trevligt, och ovanligt nuförtiden. Frukosten var stor och gedigen med det där lilla extra i form av lax och brie bland annat, men det blev den här söndag morgonen alldeles för mycket folk på för liten yta. Långa köer, trängsel, högljutt. Men på det stora hela var vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer säkert tillbaka.
