I had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything I wanted to see, yet still peaceful and quiet. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I loved how cozy and welcoming the whole atmosphere was—it really felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy your time, I can’t recommend this property enough!

Scalding hot water temperature!

We were here on the end of a group tour and book 2 extra days. This hotel has excellent customer services. Especially, Davies at the reception. She helped us booked a train to Porto. The room was okay. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, not that great. My main complaint is the water temperatures. It’s either too cold or scalding hot! It seemed that was the same for my fellow travelers. We had to waste tons of water to find the right temperature. The water temperature kept changing to scalding hot while we were in the shower! It was so dangerous!

This didn't seem like a 5-star property by any mean. We stayed at a few 4-star and 5-star properties on this trip over the last few days and this was not even a 4-star experience. The room wasn't clean, the sink was dirty. Toilet wouldn't flush and even the tub had water standing still during and after a shower. Someone came in an looked at it after we complained but the problem was not resolved. We weren't even offered another room.

we were in the hotel for 10 days, for one of them the hotel employees greeted us when we passed through the lobby. no one said anything the other days when we entered the hotel. The breakfast were okay, there wasnt any kind of gluten free option for desserts. The room cleaners didnt talk any english so it was hard to communicate with them.We couldnt even charge our phones or watches while we were eating breakfast becouse the room cleaners took our key, so we needed to survive with one key rest of our trip. The cleaners also threw my friends eyelashes in the trash?? Otherwise the hotel was clean and we liked the pool area.

Estávamos em uma turma grande. Todos reclamaram dos MESMOS PROBLEMAS: 1-as banheiras e pias entupidas 2-as banheiras com piso muito escorregadios, oferecendo perigo constante de queda 3-a temperatura dos chuveiros era ou muito quente ou muito fria. Difícil de controlar as torneiras 4-poucos elevadores para uma demanda enorme de hóspedes, às vezes esperávamos 1/2 hora para utilizá-los 5-o hotel se intitula como spa. Tentamos lavar o cabelo e outros serviços mas não haviam profissionais disponíveis 7-os blackouts dos quartos não vedam completamente o ambiente 8-a iluminação dos quartos é precária (muito escuro) não possibilitando fazer uma simples maquiagem 9-o hotel, tido como 5 estrelas não dispõe de ajudantes na portaria para levar as malas -a tarifa cobrada não condiz com o que o hotel entrega Destacamos como único ponto positivo o bom atendimento dos funcionários

All the staff were super helpful. The pool is a little tricky to find but was good with lots of clean towels provided. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. I also ate in the restaurant and they were very helpful and provided gluten free bread for me. Location is also a few minutes from the metro so easy to get around.
