Everything was excellent. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel, but the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, the room was cleaned and beds and towels changed daily

The rooms d bed were updated and nice. Although small the appointments in the room were very useful. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and clean. The hotel location is extremely convenient to old town Lisbon. Overall a great place to stay.

Delightful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Rooms are surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful with everything from tours to interesting walks with great views and excellent dining recommendations. Special thanks to Jose and Diogo for their patience and hospitality. Buffet breakfasts were generous and reasonably priced.

Service at this hotel is amazing. After you check-in, the ask you to have a seat while they get things ready. While you wait, they offer pastel de nata, water or port (if you prefer). Then they lead you to your room to make sure you are well settled. The room we had was very comfortable. Check-out was equally easy and pleasant. Will definitely return for a stay.

A great new and modern hotel in the center of Lisbon. Our room was very small and not sure if it was the size I had reserved. The size was fine for us for 2 night since we weren't in the room much. Our room had no view - looked into another room. This was fine for us because it was dark for sleeping and very quiet. I would stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Recently renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything is new and clean in a very central area. Very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience was that even if the hotel was noise proof with outdoor noises, you could hear the noises from the corridor and there were some cleaning and banging for what it seems to get the last rooms ready from as early as 9am

8/10 Very good
