On arrival heater was not working and electric oven, management gave us 2 electric convectors, very cold night for a 2 storey penthouse with large windows, requested compensation for the 1 night, would not and did not compensate the 1 night only to state in an email, not in their policy, and to say we were compensated with another penthouse.
Especially pleased that I booked direct through Hotel.com as they tried to get compensation from Sullivan's with no result. Hotel.com were fantastic and could see reason to compensate me which I am very grateful.
Very disappointing that Sullivan's Cove Apartments took days to respond to my email of complaint and have failed to see that under Australian Consumer Law, no heating is a major failure.
