First they gave us a nasty smelly room. They switched us to another room with old rough towels ,,bed and bedding very low quality. A/C had no filter on it reported it they never came to fix issue.Furniture very very dated.Like 2 Star vs the 4 star they claim online.Desperately needs updating. Could be a nice hotel as its centrally located

I have stayed at this hotel before. I like the area because its right across from Macroplaza. Easy courtesy parking, walkable, shopping and dining options galore. The hotel itself is fine but it is somewhat run down, management needs to pay attention to that.

the property itself is on fair condition but there was not hit water in my room i reported this to the front desk at least 3 times an it never was addressed my key cards kept getting deactivated and had to reactivate at least 4 times durin my stay i will not be staying in this hotel again

Really Expensive for what we get, smelly carpet, stain sheets, mold on shower, Seat in room cover in stain I took several pics for review, I won’t recommend this please at all. Terrible service, front door doesn’t even work. Parking is the worst. I was the most terrible hotel experience that I ever get in my life.

The stay started off bad. Paid for a high end room and was put in one that the bed barely fit in there. We had to step aside of each other to move around the room. Paid for breakfast to be included and front desk said it didn’t show and we would have to check the next morning. After we went down to complain front desk said that was a superior room. Told him I wouldn’t take it and to move us. Was then changed to a 2room suite that was spacious. If I hadn’t complained we would have been stuck in a 12x12 room. The young lady at front the next day was very pleasant and accommodating. She found our breakfast passes right away and she was really the best both Saturday and Sunday morning. I will probably stay there again but will ask first if we are getting what we really paid for.

Excelente servicio en recepción, buscando lo mejor para el huésped. Tiene una gran ubicación,.llegas caminando al Paseo Santa Lucia, cerca de tiendas y estación del metro. Puede mejorar en la calidad del desayuno, las habitaciones olían a humedad y se perciben algo antiguas las instalaciones. Es una gran opción para ir en familia, puesto que la alberca es climatizada y agradable.

Muy viejo

El hotel es muy viejo y se observa en todas las instalaciones, muy descuidado, muy sucio, la piscina sucia, los ventanales en el área de la piscina sucios, no hay servicio de botones, reporte un problema en la tapa del baño y en 5 días no se presentaron a arreglarlo. No dejan ni una botella de agua de cortesía, las toallas de baño rotas. Lo único bueno la ubicación, el desayuno, fuera de eso no recomendable, por el precio creo que existen mejores opciones. Nada que ver las fotos en la página con lo que es el hotel.
