"I was a little bit leery about booking with them, but it was a centred location to everything that we needed in Quebec city. Definitely the pictures online did not do it justice. Very clean hotel, clean rooms, laundry facilities if needed and daily breakfast. Spent 8 days in Quebec city and got a little spoiled with the heated flooring in the bathroom.😊 The breakfast was included and I would give it an 8/10- the only thing that was not good was there was only one choice of meat every day and the croissants never seemed fresh but the waffle station made up for that, they were excellent. Cannot comment on the pool as we did not use it. But I think it’s important to mention that all staff spoke English at this hotel so it was easy to communicate if your French is not at par. Staff were extremely receptive and friendly, would definitely stay there again."
