The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. Situated on an unremarkable street, Hotel Boutique Matildas stands out as a beautifully renovated and architecturally important reminder of an elegant and bygone era. Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

The airport shuttle is a big reason why we selected this hotel. Good breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but to go elsewhere for food you will need an Uber or taxi.

The rooms are very comfortable and perfect for a nice rest or catch up with homework if you are a student and are also traveling

This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!). It's conveniently located next to an enormous mall that has everything you could imagine. It also has the ticket location for the Hop On/Hop Off bus, Turistik. Highly recommend that.
