Make sure you check your email to get info on accessing the building. The manager Chris at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a wonderful experience. "

"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. "Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. The apartment was clean and we loved the terrace, we really enjoyed the street performers and music every night. The staff is very helpful and nice. There is a laundry service that we were able to use. I would recommend this and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially Tanya. Spoke English very well and assisted us with tours and transport. We stayed here on three separate occasions during our visit to Chile. The rooms were very clean although some were a little run down-floor boards separating, slow sink in one room and a poor toilet flush in another. The hotel is well located to metro and major thoroughfares although the area a bit transitional with beautifully restored old buildings and dilapidated Ones...

"Great for the price, nice central location and very close to the Santa Lucia metro station so you can get pretty much anywhere very easily. Quite a small room, with either two single beds or a double, plus a roller pull-out bed and another single bed in quite a confined space. Better for 3 people rather than 4. The room gets serviced every weekday and they replace towels etc. The wifi was good, the signal dropped at one point but the manager fixed it asap. The front desk staff do not speak any...

"Nice hotel with friendly, excellent staff. The restaurant has good food with great service and the prices are very reasonable. There's a metro station a minute from the hotel, and an extensive shopping district across the avenue. Many museums and sights to see within easy walking distance. I travel to Santiago every year and this is my new go-to hotel."
