We had an excellent stay for our 8th Anniversary. The room was beautiful and the service was top-notch. The best part was the guest policy, we were able to invite our friends over without any restrictions or headcounts. It made hosting our gathering completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely two-night stay here as a family and were upgraded to the Kin Wunn Villa upon arrival. Just being in nature, petting goats, and sitting on the porch looking at the scenery was the refreshment from the city we were hoping for. The staff members were all very friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be back.

So exceptional is The Excelsior - so absolutely perfect in every detail - that it'll amaze you - without any exceptions. Its gorgeously fitted out; the staff and extremely gracious and it has abundant unique features that make a stay so memorable. For breakfast, the Newsroom Cafe serves utterly delightful a la carte fare - in a gorgeous environment and with exceptional staff. It's perfect.

Very nice hotel with beautiful lobby and beautiful areas to sit and relax. All the staff is extremely friendly. I received a warm welcome and a fruit basket and small flower-arrangement had been delivered to my room. Had a view to Shwedagon Pagoda, just amazing. Wonderful breakfast-buffet with great choice and attentive service. Concierge is very helpful with giving directions. Would definitely stay there again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Park Royal Hotel. The hospitality was amongst the best I have ever received from any hotel and I have traveled extensively. I was deeply impressed with the friendliness exemplified by one of the hotel managers and several of its staff members.There were four members who went out of their way to make my stay a most enjoyable one and to them I am most grateful. I loved staying at this hotel, and came back when I was leaving the country. The room is huge and very light, with windows you can open. The bed is also very large and you have a lot of desk space which is important to me as a solo traveller - and good wifi. Best of all is the breakfast - some of the best food I had in this country which has amazing food. And to eat in the rooftop bar with the air full of birds as the sun rises is a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Grand Laurel Hotel for a total of four days with our two year old son. The hotel staff was wonderful and so eager to help! Our two year old enjoyed his stay as well since he got his very own twin bed and we got our own queen bed. Perfect. This place is in a great location if you don't mind a little downtown noise. We come from Shanghai which is a big city so it didn't bother us. But if your looking for complete peace and quiet then maybe chose somewhere further north. Great place...

Short walk to the lake, great food and friendly staff, I recommend this hotel.

This is a new, contemporary hotel catering to Westerners, but located on a "local" street. For me, it was a 10. Staff was so polite and accommodating. The rooftop was getting renovated during my stay, but I think it was just a 2-day process and should be good now. A great spot to relax and look at Shwedagon at night. The street gives a very good look at local life. Wifi was very good and the room itself was very, very comfortable.

It was a short 3D2N stay. I check it early - 10.30am. The hotel staff quickly prepare my check in. They are all friendly and helpful with smiles. One thing to improve is their breakfast. Buffet Breakfast is prepared from 6.30am. Very early timing and the food turns quite cold when I went to eat at 8am.

The Hotel is quite new, so everything is working fine. There´s a manager responsible all the time, very polite. Friendly staff… Good ratio quality/price.

Very friendly staff. Good restaurant with excellent breakfast included. Very basic hotel, but just fine for a short stay.
