"What a great hotel in the South Centre. Yes it could do with a bit of tlc in the common parts. The bedrooms are excellent, bathrooms with heated floors. So close to everything but quiet. Teleferico at top of road, 2 lines, 10 mins walk, whole city is easy from there. Cooked bteakfast good, nice coffee."

"As an American I can say that the breakfast felt a bit small and light but it seemed more traditional to the area so no complaints there. Not their fault I have a poor diet. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating even after our stay. The room was clean. The room also had a lil entry room so the door doesn’t open immediately open into your bed which felt more private. The area nearby had amazing restaurants and coffees just within a couple of blocks. La Rufina, Manq’a, Illapso...

"Before checking in hotel , I lost my passport . However , the hotel stuff helped me what I needed to do. Gladly I just found my passport with their help. The room is bit cold for me on February. If there is some extra blancket , they would have been nice. Otherwise awesome service "

"The manager Gabriel was very warm and welcoming but sadly our room lacked warmth and we had to request a second towel and toiletries. It was also very noisy with other guests and non-sound proof rooms. "
