"This was an excellent option for pre-Havila/hurtigruten. A shuttle from the airport that waited on our flight. Lovely and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room - with lovely views across the fjord. One of (if not THE) nicest breakfast buffets I’ve ever had in a hotel - everything fresh and tasty. You must try the salmon and shrimps. Then a shuttle from the hotel to the port."

"The lodge is next to the river, it was frozen over w\ snow, perfect for watching the dog sledders come by. All four nights there, we saw the Northern LIghts. The room, lodge, food, ice hotel and adventures were awesome"

"Staff were friendly, room was all we needed. Very disappointed with the fact they didn't do food of any description in the evening in restaurant, especially with the weather being as bad as it was, we were snowed in and had to stay an extra night. Food was provided for a group that were staying but for some reason they wouldn’t let us have anything even tho we offered to pay. Apart from that we loved our adventure to the north cape!"
