"Fantastic welcome from Sifou and Zakariya on reception; I arrived early and whilst a room wasn’t ready for me, I got pre-checked in and had my luggage stored. When I came to check in later, Sifou and Zakariya were still on, checked me in and even upgraded my room! Thank you to both of them for such a warm welcome!"

"The room was spotless, a compact space that was perfect for our family stay in London. Our boys loved the mezzanine style! Location was perfect for us, the Underground was so close.
