Absolutely fantastic stay. On our arrival, Nicole greeted us with refreshments and delicious crossiants. She highlighted a map for us with all of the top places of interest. It was a great stay in Rome. The hospitality of the hotel owners was amazing. We were greeted on our arrival and made very welcome. Our recent stay in Rome was greatly enhanced because of our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre and the hospitality of the owners Nicole and Antonio. I can not say enough about their desire to make our stay special. The coffee, juice, croissants and fruit delivered to our room in the morning was delicious and much appreciated. Nicole even delivered some Limoncello in chilled flutes after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient with easy access to Rome’s sights and within walking distance of the railway station and restaurants. The hotel located in an historic building is newly renovated, spotless and beautiful. The combination of wonderful accommodations and outstanding hospitality is something Nicole and Antonio should be proud of. Consider this your new home when visiting Rome.

Fantastiske værter, et lille hotel på én etage. Deres velkomst og nærværende måde at drive hotellet på gør at vi helt sikkert vil bo her igen, hvis vi skal tilbage til Rom Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til Centrum, vi gik rundt til alle attraktionerne og brugte hverken bus eller metro.

This place was fantastic from A to Z. Extremely clean, well kept, amazing owners going out of their way to make sure your stay is flawless and comfortable. The hotel is behind large doors inside of a courtyard so it is quiet and peaceful. Walking distance (within 20min) to all the sights. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. No details were missed :) Thanks you Nicole and Antonio for your exceptional hospitality!

We stayed at this lovely hotel and could not have been more pleased. Nicole and Antonio are 2 of the nicest people on the planet!!! There was no question we could not ask regarding jewelers, restaurants etc... and they could hat have been more helpful! My husband tripped and badly sprained his ankle. Nicole called a pharmacy to find an ankle brace and I was able to walk there and pick it up. The breakfasts were amazing every single day with fresh fruits, savory and sweet croissants, juice and more. The rooms were spotless! If I could give Nicole and Antonio 10 stars I would!

Amazing Stay
Amazing!! The only disappointment is that we couldn't have stayed longer. The host's were fantastic and very friendly. The room and lobby were both modern and clean. They welcomed us with open arms and a delicious snack. We'll definitely come back.

If I could give this beautiful stay 10 stars, I would. We have traveled a lot, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Words cannot describe the kindness and hospitality that were exuded from Nicole and Antonio. Their rooms are stunning and have every amenity you want. The location is so incredible and feels so safe, but the hospitality is next level amazing. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay and making us feel like friends and family! If you are lucky enough to find this gem, and it’s available, book it before it’s gone. You will not regret it. Also, if you are looking for a wonderful Italian meal, we loved Al Forno della Soffritta. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and was our favorite meal in Rome!

most lovely stay one could possibly imagine!! The hosts are adorable, helped us put with planning our stay and sightseeing in Rome and even organized a small surprise cake on my birthday! The rooms are modern, clean and air conditioned and also silent. Approx 10 min walk to termini (main station), so very convenient with respect to the arrival from FCO Airport via Leonardp Express Train. Will definitely come back, 10/10!

Best stay!
We loved our 3 nights at this beautiful property. The room was really clean, spacious and had all the comforts that we deem important for a stay: quiet at all times, fully equipped bathroom, good space for wardrobe and suitcases. The complimentary breakfast was super nice, great coffee and cappuccino plus fresh fruit and croissants. The location is in a residential area, a mere 15 mins walk to the historic centre. We walked everywhere also at night and we found it to be super safe. To top it all, Nicole and Antonio are super nice, always spoiling us and taking time for a chat and to share tons of local recommendations. They deeply care about your stay and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back when in Rome.

Antonio was simply amazing. This property is beautiful and clean but the hospitality is what makes it special and unique. I hope to return whenever I fly back to Rome! There’s a reason this place has a perfect rating :) We came across it after having a bad experience at another hotel and luckily Expedia was able to transfer us here for the night so we weren’t stranded. Truly appreciated the safety and hospitality received. Highly recommended.
