I was actually shocked at the condition of the room that we paid so much money for. I’ve seen cleaner, more updated rooms in a La Quinta. The bathroom was filthy, the hotel is rundown, and I can post pictures. The wallpaper is coming off the walls in certain places, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating, however.....the room was absolutely gross!! The carpet was filthy, there was a large hairball in the bathroom floor, bathroom floor did not look like it had even been mopped, the room was damp and musty, it smelled terrible, the sink was dirty, the room itself was just old and dingy. To say that these rooms need to be updated is an understatement. Very disappointing for what we spent (almost $700 for 2 nights!)
