We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. We were so helpless donāt know what to do since we were traveling from other country. After 11 hours flight with 2 kid and a senior end up we have to squeezed in a 1 bedroom unit. The host did not motivate to take care of the refund. So I have to contact Expedia every day to work on the partial refund. It took me 5 days to communicated with Expedia to the get the partial refund. What a nightmare!!

Floor sidings were broken and not fixed, furniture was old. Need more maintenance and upgrade.

Totally zero hygiene in rooms.
Room not made up properly upon check in.
Wet toilet. Unwashed bathtub with pool of water and hair in it.
Stained sheets.
Table top with ants.
Water flask with ant.
Terrible musky smell.
Damaged flooring.

Had initial issue with WiFi, but host was aware and the repair was made within 30mins of us arriving.
