Amazing Getaway

This place was amazing! The property itself is beautiful. Everything is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers and every place seems to have this gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff is extremely nice and the service was fantastic! Everyone was very attentive, always smiling and really gave the impression that they loved being there.

This resort is absolutely breathtaking, the best I've ever experienced. It's expansive, requiring buggy rides from point to point, but the convenience of communicating with staff via WhatsApp makes navigation seamless. The responses are prompt, enhancing the overall ease of getting around the property. Plus, the food options are simply outstanding.

This is one of the best properties I've been to. This reminds me to Capella Ubud in Bali and since I live in Miami, O&O Mandarina would be a great option for a come back. The views, jungle, beach, food, treehouse room and amenities are unlike any other in the American continent. However, pre-stay communication via email to plan an itinerary and service at Alma restaurant (where you normally have breakfast) left a lot to be desired for a property of this level.
