2/10 Poor

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. No shower curtain, smelled like smoke, no toiletries, had to climb up to 3rd floor on steps, place was filthy, cockroaches, hard lumpy beds, I booked king room, got two full size. The breakfast was cereal and white toast. The list goes on. You should stop bookings at this place. The health department needs to step in.

Floor was very sticky, it needed to be mopped. Faucet in the tub would not turn off completely, water dripped the whole time we were there. No toilet paper or towels in the room. Very sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless people everywhere. Would not recommend.

2/10 Poor

Dirty. No shampoo or soap. Lots of shady characters wandering about the parking lot and walkways. Young women with no shoes going in various rooms and wandering the area. Broken steps and holes in the walls. Bed had hair on the sheets. Nice clerk upon checkin.

2/10 Poor

The room was infested by roaches, and the stairwell was blocked by vending machines. I talked to the front desk, and he apologized, and cancelled my reservation. I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund, but the hotel lied to them and said I was offered a different room, so I haven't been refunded. I reported the property to the City of Albuquerque, for the fire hazard, and requested a chargeback from my credit card company for the room.

2/10 Poor

This room was absolutely disgusting in one of our rooms. There was either blood or poop splattered on the wall in our other room. Cockroaches were running up the wall. There were strange stains on the mattresses, and most of the furniture was broken or missing. Do not reserve a room at this hole of a hotel.

There was a dog in the room when we checked in. There were some transient people around the neighborhood, so checked on our car every couple of hours to ensure it was safe.

I was anxious that my credit card details were hand written on a pce of paper. The room had a hand mended cover on the bed. Was clean given it is an old building. The towels were small and thin.Didnt feel safe at all. More so the people in the area. Not necesarily the staff. Was ok but i feel coukd be cleaner

4/10 Fair

I will start by saying we always stay in budget hotels, but this one we rated bottom 2 ever. 1st we had to pay at check-in (even though reserved and paid online) as they didn't have the confirmation. The room was shabby. The AC unit was hanging off of the wall, but thankfully worked. Smoke alarm hung down. Big gap at front door. Bedsheet had a large tear in it. Multiple bugs in the room (not roaches thankfully!). No hand towels, bath towel was dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or tissues in the room. I went and asked at the front desk and they said they were all out. I gave it 2 stars rather than 1, due to: 1- we weren't attacked and 2-we had stuff in the bed of the truck that wasn't stolen. 3- we did not get bedbugs. 4- the front desk clerks were polite and nice. 5- the pet fee was only $10, which is why we booked there. We will not stay there again.

2/10 Poor

Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come work the front desk to check in. While checking in they closed the gate so i couldn't pull in with my trailer. I was going to have to park by outside by their dumpster which had homeless in it and around it using drugs. We didn't feel safe so gave the room key back and left. I am hoping for a full refund, but not holding my breath. Do not recommend. They need uniformed security.

I did not feel safe getting out of my car. It was dark, and there were multiple groups of homeless and loiterers, old mattresses and furniture outside and police patroling the parking lot. I contacted Expedia to ask for a refund. They contacted the hotel office who acknowledged the groups and said thats why there is an officer patroling and stated that it was competely safe. I was denied a refund from both the hotel and from Expedia. If I could, I would post pictures and screen shots of the conversation, but there is no where to load it.
