Staff were friendly and worked well. Check-in was straightforward . Breakfast was a confusing affair. Up and down stairs to get juice and cereal. There were two popup toasters, one didn't work at all during our stay and the second had only one side working. Aircon was excellent.

One of the oldest holes in P P and still very traditional and full of traditional values. Everything is absolutely spotless and every staff member knows there job and is polite annd extremely helpful. Breakfast is served on the front terrace with a lovely selection of self serve continental and waiters orders for cooked. Location , location!! Right on the pavement pine walk and then direct access to the beach. The water in Pollenca is shallow and safe for families or anyone who is not a strong swimmer. Never is the beach too busy or noisy either. Or room was on the second floor, a “classic” room. No frills but everything spotless and well maintained. Towels changed every day , fridge , kettle , good hairdryer and air con. Our departure was at 2 pm and we were able to use a courtesy room for a shower and getting changed after a morning at the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more!

A historic seaside hotel with a lot of charm. The only let downs were the badly dated carpeting, beds and bed coverings. Easy things to change! Wonderful breakfast patio with good breakfast selection. Very pleasant hotel staff.

Lugar con encanto

Hotel antiguo pero bien conservado. Personal muy amable y atento. Increíble desayunar delante del mar. No es para los que buscan un hotel minimista y moderno, no obstabte tiene encanto y el personal es muy cercano. Volveremos!

Veldig koselig og perfekt plassert på strandpromenaden. Et eldre hotell som har mye historie. Er pusset opp men behold sin gamle sjel. Ikke er moderne og oppgradert hotell, enkelt og et godt 3 stjernes hotell. Men du vil føle du har bod hjemme hos noen som gjør alt for gjestene sine. Frokost var akkurat det du trengte og du kunne få matpakke vis du reiser før frokost . Kvalitet med personlighet. Frokost område er så flott som bildene viser, og litt til. En utsikt og atmosfære du ikke vill glemt. Vi kommer gjerne igjen! Takk for nå!

Sis Pins Hotel Port Pollensa

Sis Pins is a very traditional Spanish hotel if you’re looking for a sleek and modern hotel it’s not for you. It has an old world charm that we loved. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and polite. It shares the frontage with a very nice bar restaurant The Cappuccino and is located in a perfect spot on pine walk right on the waterfront.

Flott beliggenhet og god frokost. Lav standard på hotell og rom. Mye støy og lytt mellom hotellrommene. Svært harde senger. Hotellet ligger i tilslutning til en kafé/restaurant som heter Cappuccino, den er fin, men overpriset!

Wonderful hotel. Charming, quaint and in a perfect location. The staff are the real asset to the hotel. They couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful, going the extra mile for guests at all times.

Loved the location. Especially love the large wide patio across the front and the “Cappuccino” terraces. I would definitely go back!
