The room was fine. We stayed here the night before our flight. Our trip to the airport was early, 430am, and the attendant advised us that a ride share would be called if we needed to go to the airport when the shuttle wasn’t available, cost covered by the hotel. Great! However when we returned from our trip and called the hotel around midnight the woman who answered informed us the shuttle wasn’t running. I explained the previous employee promised us a ride share would be provided to transport us back to the hotel and she flat out refused to provide one. My 3yr old daughter was crying wondering why no one would pick us up. Needless to say we were forced to pay $60 for an Uber to get to our car at the hotel. AND the hotel charged us $50 to park there while we were away. The only reason we booked here was that transportation to/from the hotel was included. What a lie! I messaged the hotel in an attempt to resolve the issue before a negative review, and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond. Don’t waste your time/$ staying here, especially if you hope to have transportation to/from the airport. Complete ripoff and horrible customer service. One employee called a Lyft to the airport, the next refused to provide one from the airport.
