The studio was nicely furnished and in a good location. There is also wi-fi.
Unfortunately, maintenance and service were far below expectations. The place was dirty, and we were lacking many items that were promised in the listing, including soap and shampoo and clean towels.
The kitchen has an oven (not tested) and a stovetop (not tested). In theory, you can cook if you only need one pan and don’t require a knife, cutting board, scissors, plates, or cooking spoon — because these were missing. We also had too few garbage bags, not enough toilet paper, no towel change, and the place was dirty on arrival.
The worst part was the communication: if you need something, you are ignored for days, no matter if you call e-mail, or use the whatsapp number provided. If lucky, you get a partial answer after three days, and another partial answer the night before departure — but not the promised service.
If you only need a place to sleep, you are better off staying in a real hotel, that has no kitchen.
