Everything was great, and I had a comfortable stay. However, when I first opened the door, there was a smell of old socks in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

I visit family in Springfield as least once a year. I always try to book at this Hampton Inn. I am never disappointed with the accommodations at Hampton Inn located in Springfield, Ohio. The staff is friendly, all areas of the hotel are clean and they serve good breakfast options. The exterior of the property is kept clean and well lit. I highly recommend this hotel. I will book it again for future visits.

8/10 Muy buena

The hotel was well maintained. Our room was very clean, with a clean "smell". The shower curtain kept slipping open on one side. But, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The staff was very friendly. We were too late getting down for the full breakfast experience. But the food we did have was fresh and tasty.

We were just passing through on our way to Gettysburg, PA and this was a great 1/2 way point. Everything was great and we will definitely stay here again, if we are in the area. The staff was very accommodating, since we had a late check-in, and the room was very spacious and clean.

Came with a friend for a night. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean & well stocked with toiletries. We used the pool area, which could’ve been cleaner. The location was close to a few restaurants (Cracker Barrel & Bob Evans) & convenient for our travel needs.

I can’t bealive that I spend over $400 for 2 nights and was not a single bottle of water in the room, plus I need to make my own bed because they told me that for 2 nights you don’t have housekeeping to clean your room. Definitely I will never stay again in this hotels again
