The aprtment is inside the city's walls and is therefore a very attractive traditional stone built building. The interior is exceptionally well done with a lovely room and bathroom. The bathroom is very modern with everything you need - toiletries, towels, bathrobes, slippers, hair straighteners, sewing kit....everything has been thought of. There was a kettle with a variety of teas, a coffee pod machine with a plentiful number of coffee pods and a fridge for your own beer, wine, milk etc. There were also two comfortable armchairs and a TV and a large double bed. We were there in October so didn't the air conditioning, but there was a unit on the wall if you visit in the summer.
The apartment building is located close to the city's walls, near to Buza Gate, so very convenient when being dropped off by the Platanus Bus service from the airport and the cable car station for returning back to the airport. Also, its location is ideal for getting around. You are away from the majority of people wandering around - they don't tend to come up the hill to the north side so it is not frequently by casual sightseers too much - unlike the southern streets, between the Stradun and the sea, but you are literally 2 or 3 minutes away from the Stradun.
Overall I would thoroughly recommend Vivaldi.
