Front desk person was not even in the front office. Had to call him to get him to check us in. Room was disgusting and run down. There was dirt all over floor, shower was disgusting. Bathroom was not cleaned. The only reason we stayed was because it was 1am and I was exhausted from driving for 16 hours. I will never stay here again nor at one of these resorts ever again. It was run down, dirty, hot, and disgusting

Property was in disarray. Mounds or trash behind hotel from construction. Room was wet and full of visible mold growth all around beds and along baseboards. Clerk admitted the building has had several floods due to broken pipes from construction.

Not a good experience
They stated breakfast started started at 6:00, it was 6:40 before it was ready. I had an appointment at 7:00, so I had to go to McDonalds to pay for my breakfast. I stayed two nights, I left a beer in fridge. Next day the beer was gone. Talked to front desks twice about my beer, got crickets! I had to take care of the roach in bathroom. Ran out of toilet paper on first night. I would like a refund on my having to go out and pay for my breakfast at McDonald. Won’t go back.

Experience was horrible. Staff was rude. On top of that they tried to give me a key to a room someone was already in when I go back they give me another room which was disgusting and not what we requested which was a king bed instead we get a dirty room that had double beds. They were remodeling and obviously don’t clean the rooms there was drywall on the floor and something nasty on one of the beds. Highly don’t recommend staying at this place!

Good value, poor execution
This hotel/room was nice and spacious, but it would’ve been nice to know that it was currently under construction and many of the amenities were not available. The gym was closed, the pool was closed and the glorious looking continental breakfast was running at about a quarter capacity of the photo you see when booking. The room was great for the price but the hotel itself was lackluster.

Difficult to tell from the entryway if the hotel was even open due to scaffolding all around the building. The hallways and room had white styrofoam substance blown in everywhere; water seeping from under tiles at the foot of the bed. Staff was friendly and moved us to another room; air conditioning was filled with styrofoam and would not cool; styrofoam all over the bed and floor of the second room. Staff was courteous to my family, but there were other customers giving attitude and getting it back. Honestly felt a bit sorry for staff as they were just doing their jobs.

Upon arrival the front desk area was super hot and seemed like the AC was broken. The common areas were not very clean and the elevator was dirty as well. Got to my room and it was much nicer and cooler than the rest of the hotel. Seems like there was a lot of remodeling happening as the room seemed to be updated. However, the curtain looked like it had mold on it. The AC worked great. The fridge worked. There were no hangers. The bathroom tub was gross. Looked like it was not fully cleaned out from the prior guest as there was cream soap on the bottom of the tub. The water pressure was ok. The pool looked like it was dirty so I did not go in that which was disappointing. Breakfast was minimal, so also disappointing. I did not stay in the room long, but it served its purpose. The area had hotel was quiet. There are a lot of cosmetic facelifts that the hotel could use, but otherwise it was ok. Also, I booked a king bed, but they did not have any when I checked in. Not a major issue, but I expected one thing and got something else.

Terrible
There was homeless people everywhere. They where doing construction we couldn’t sleep. The pool had debri from the pool we never had toilet paper or clean towels. Would have been better off sleeping in my car. Breakfast was always gone quick or someone accidentally shut the door and couldn’t get it open.

The property was under construction, which is fine, however the first room they assigned us was not only under construction it was still dirty from the workers being there what seems like moments before. There was an old ripped out air conditioner unit laying in the middle of the room. The floor was covered in dirt. We went to the front desk to make sure they didn’t assign this room in error and they confirmed that was the right room. We asked for a 2nd room. That room was worse than the first room and had bugs present. Hair was all over the bed sheets and dirty towels still left in the room. We immediately left and asked for a refund. They confirmed a refund without hesitation, but I have not received it yet as this all just happened last night. Staff was pleasant to deal with, but they knew their product was well under par.
