Ms.Manisha and Ms.Nishi are absolutely wonderful People,.they are kind,patient,caring for the individuals here. Extremely clean ,quiet location, the grounds are picturesque,.i am recommended Studio 6 of Northlake to be a terrific place to come too!

The kitchen was still dirty and there was dried food on the table and wall. In the bathroom, the door did not close completely and the tub was still dirty. Mildew in cracks of shower and sink. To top it off, we were asked if we had pets and we said no. The agent said she would still put us in a room across from the office so they could keep an eye and make sure we didn't have a pet. Lastly, we were charged an extra $25 deposit of which I advised was not listed. I was told pay it if I want the room and in order to get it back, the office managers would need to walk through my room and inspect it first. As a matter of fact, we were told that management would randomly walk in our room to observe, every 3 days. I'd never waste my time and money with them.

I arrived after 10p dues to flight delay and I was not allowed to check in. They pretty much leave you stranded. I had to drive for an hour to find a new hotel. Definitely don’t recommended. Now I have a dispute on my credit card because of them.

The manager checked me in a dirty room on 2/14/25. I had to take pictures of the room. He offered me another room when I mentioned cancelation. I will not be supporting them again. It's so degrading and unprofessional.I was tired and highly disappointed with the service that I paid for.

Building on fire

The building caught on fire and we were without power the entire night I had to beg to be let in my room after the incident to retrieve my belongings. They attempting to move me to a room right beside the burnt building I couldn’t breathe in the room so I left a day early from my check out
