Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was a family trip with two young children. From the moment we entered the room, we were met with a strong smell of marijuana—something completely unacceptable in an establishment that should ensure a proper and safe environment for all guests.
We immediately informed the hotel management, expecting at least a solution or a room change, but the response was non-existent. We received no compensation, no formal apology, and no real interest in resolving the issue, which shows a total lack of responsibility and respect towards guests.
It’s a real shame, because we were looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay as a family, and instead we faced an uncomfortable and unpleasant situation that ruined our experience. We will certainly not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone—especially not to families with children.
